The Moderate Means Program is available for people who do not qualify for the low-income services.  Services are offered on a sliding fee scale.

Description & Other Info: A volunteer law student intern will talk with you about your legal issue and determine whether you qualify for the program.  If you qualify, the intern will contact one or more private attorneys who have agreed to represent clients for reduced fees through the program.  When an attorney agrees to consider your case, the intern will connect you to the attorney.  To be eligible you must: 1) have a household income between 200%–400% of the Federal Poverty Level; and, 2) have a family, consumer, or housing law issue.
